At Purpplebee, we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused and cosmetic/skincare and such products have to be in an accurate condition, we cannot accept the exchange or return of any products once sold or delivered.
Purpplebee ( & the brand owner Ubique Gallant Private Limited) is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.
In case of a damaged product issue (at the time of delivery) with the product, we exchange the product. All you need to do is give us a call or email us within 24 hours of delivery. You can reach us at mail@purpplebee.com
Exchange of products will only be considered if the product received is in damaged condition and subject to the following terms-
- Compulsory unboxing video is required to verify any damage claim.
- Claims must be raised within 48 business hours from the time of delivery. Failing to do so will result in the rejection of the Claim.
- Exchange requests will be subject to checking and vetting by Purpplebee (Ubique Gallant Private Limited).
- COD Orders are not eligible for Refunds but only Replacements.
- Damages due to the user's mishandling by any means will not be covered under this Policy.
- Once your return request has been accepted, the process will be completed within 7-21 business days.
- Purpplebee (Ubique Gallant Private Limited) reserves all rights for Replacement/Returns/Refunds
- All products once purchased are non-refundable. In general, an item maybe eligible for return within 7 days from the date of Product Delivery if it fulfills any of the following conditions:
RETURN POLICY
- Sold in a physically damaged condition.
- Has missing parts or accessories
REFUND POLICY
- All eligible refund request will be refunded back to the account from which it was paid within 5-7 working days
